• Google Business Profile: Business listings, customer reviews, ratings, and response history
• Facebook & Instagram: Page posts, comments, messages, and engagement metrics (via Meta Graph API)
• Threads: Posts and replies you authorize us to manage
• YouTube: Video comments and channel data you connect

Usage Data

• Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
• Feature usage patterns to improve the product
• Device information (OS, screen resolution, browser version)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the ReplyReviews platform
• Enable AI-powered review responses and social media management features
• Process transactions and send related information including confirmations and invoices
• Send product updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests

• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities

We do not sell your personal information or the data from your connected social accounts to third parties.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
• Connected platform data (reviews, comments, posts): Retained for the duration of your subscription to power historical analytics. You may delete this data at any time from your account settings.
• Log and usage data: Retained for up to 12 months for security and debugging purposes.
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations.

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest
• OAuth 2.0 is used for all third-party platform connections — we never store your social media passwords
